  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 bacon medallions
  • 4 sachets WW BBQ sauce
  • 60g low fat grated cheese (I used Sainsbury’s Be Good To You)


  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180C / 350F
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish/tin
  3. Squeeze a sachet of WW BBQ sauce onto each chicken breast and spread out with a brush/spatula
  4. Layer 2 bacon medallions over each chicken breast
  5. Sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese (15g) on each chicken breast
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes (or until cooked through)

Made ‘Burger in a bowl’ for the first time in ages today & felt inspired to share as it’s so good and easy to throw together! (Tastes like a certain fave fastfood burger – Big…)
